Defective Items or Incorrect Shipments |
Defective items or incorrect shipments must be reported to us within THREE business day of receipting the merchandise.
You must notify us via e-mail at service@adreamstore.com to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to go further.
We strongly suggest that you send us e-mail for future references. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. You must return the reported item(s) within TEN business day after obtaining a RMA number.
We will inspect and examine the returned item(s). If the defect you described is found, we will process the next step either ship a replacement or refund the money to you. Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you. In most case, we will NOT be responsible for ANY shipping cost. |
Unopened Items |
Customers returning an unopened item that is in its original packing and in good condition will receive a refund. There are two different kinds of conditional refund.
1. For refund with the shipping charges (customers paid the shipping charges), we will refund the purchase cost of the items minus 20% for the restocking fee.
2. For refund with FREE shipping services (A Dream Store Inc. paid the shipping charges), we will refund the purchase cost of the items minus 20% for the shipping cost plus another 20% for the restocking fee. It will come up to be 40% of the surcharges with FREE shipping.
In any case, we won’t responsible for any shipping cost. You MUST report to us within THREE business day of receipt of merchandise via email at service@adreamstore.com to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
We strongly suggest that you send us e-mail for tracking references. We won’t accept any return package without the RMA number. When you mail the item back to us, please send them back along with any free items and a note and or an explanation regardless why you are returning the item.
In most cases, YOU are responsible for the cost of returning to us and re-shipping to you. |
Time Required |
Normally, it takes about 2-3 weeks to process an exchange or return. Please send your package to us via a reliable carrier such as USPS, FEDEX, or UPS with tractable services (insurance recommended). We will NOT responsible for any lost package while returning to us. |
