| Due to the increasing of the shipping charges, please contact us before you order if your shipping address is not USA. |

| All orders will ship by USPS unless customers request specific shipping carriers. Please email us to confirm whether you can choose to use the specific shipping carriers with additional surcharge. |
| Cancellations: |
| Cancellations are accepted as long as the item has not already been shipped. Please keep in mind that our normal shipping time will be 1-2 business days after we receive your order! |

| Product Damaged by Shipper: |
If you buy the insurance for your package, please email at shipping@adreamstore.com before returning any item damaged thru shipping process. We can contact the shipper and file an immediate claim on your behalf.
If you did not buy the insurance for your package, we will not be responable for your shippment such as loss and damaged while shipping. |
